I have a customer who has a problem with his Hoya. Since I am not that familiar with tropicals and our greenhouse manager is off today I thought maybe someone here could help out.

The plant is currently in a pot outside in a bright spot with no direct sunlight. The damage is mostly gray with a distinct black margin. There are also a few spots that are tan and sunken in (that might be a different problem). The damage seems very irregular (ie it doesn't form along just the margins, or the midvein). The damage is mainly flat (not sunken or not raised) except on leaf #4 where it is irregularly raised and on #5 where the gray portion of the tip is raised. The gray colored damage does not go through to the underside of the leaf but the tan sunken spot on leaf #5 does. The gray parts do appear to have fungal spores but I can't tell if the problem was caused by a fungus or if the fungus has formed secondarily on the dying tissue.

Thank you in advance for your help.
