Every afternoon I walk the dog, these cats wait for us to come out the door and follow us all over the farm on our walk. I feel like the pied piper lol. It really looks funny, walking a dog and four or five cats running after you. My life is never normal. Speaking of birds, in order to raise any sort of sport bird, we need a special permit here in NJ. I wanted to do quail and pheasants at one point and after I saw what we had to go through to have a game bird farm I gave up. I adore them. It is again in the 90s with humidity so high you can hardly breathe. I guess I will give the dog a bath after lunch , clean bird cages and go down to the base (Mcguire AFB) to pick up some groceries and wine. It is just too hot to begin repotting for fall. I can not take this humidity, it makes me sick. |
