Monkshood 'Stainless Steel' is my earliest aconitum to bloom. I also have a 'Henryi Spark' which I struggle to place - it flops over in my eastern exposure garden, I guess wanting more sun. I moved it to a spot that gets pretty strong southwestern sun, although shaded in late afternoon and it is growing sideways there as well, trying to reach the sun. I thought this was a part-shade plant. This one seems to either want full sun or is too weak to stand on its own feet (in which case it will get ditched). Does anyone else have this cultivar, and if so, what does it want?
