I used to have to go over the floor 3 times before it was cleaned, and with a cleaning chemical as well. It great for people with allergies or those who are sensitive to the fragrances of those cleaners as well. The one I originally bought, I did not get it from the TV site, but at Sam's Club...cheaper, no shipping, and it also came with the smaller steamer for counter tops. Last year it stopped steaming and I had to try to get it repaired. Well, after a fashion, they sent me a new one. I sent the old one back, with a small check for repair, so I feel as though I am ahead. I did have to call them a few times, but in the end, I am happy, as I don't have to use the mop and do it so many times. If there is a stubborn spot, or if the pad is too dirty, just change it and it will pick up the slack. I vaccuum the floor first, and then afterwards I will sweep up any remaining debris. The floor is a lot cleaner than I ever got with the old mop and bucket as well. Sharon ~ I would not take a chance and plant anything here in July...as I lose most of what I plant. Your temps, where you live are my July temps, well not usually 100's, but 90's and I would not plant anything then, just water. I hope it stays cool for you until they are established...33 of them...yes, where will they be planted? That is more work than I can handle, for sure! I will be lucky to get what I have planted. These are the color bowls on the north side... |
