Tonight, I opened my front door, only to find this monster bug caught between the front & screen doors. I quickly shut the door, got a tupperware & went back to catch it. As I was catching it, I saw another one right outside the screen door! So, naturally, I caught it, too =P I took a bunch of pics & then went to let them go outside my back porch screened area, and sure enough, saw a 3rd one. I've seen a ton of big or crazy looking bugs/beetles here, but to see 3 of a new one all in the same night is just weird for me.

By the way, I'm in Fort Myers, FL in a very woodsy piece of 12-acre property. It's more like a state park type of environment with tons of wildlife. I'm hoping someone can not only help me identify these bugs, but let me know a little about them, and especially whether they bite and/or are aggressive!
