I have a whisteria I got in a trade 2 years ago. I put it in a hanging basket and irts starting to try to pop the pot off. I am thinking of doing cuttings on him as well. I just don't know if its the purple or not. most likely is but I have to be sure.
I will look up whisteria for you I think its a nutrient deficentcy that stops the blooms, just off the top of my head.
This guy bloomed last week. I believe he is blue dart
