I got one at Walmart for $5 (they had it mislabeled, sposed to be $9) and it was stretching the 6" pot, so I divided it into 2 pots. It is putting up spikes here and there, and my 2 plants already look as full as the plants still at Walmart. I haven't been treating it like a cactus, though. I'm kind of treating it more like an alocasia, let soil dry to damp, then water again, feeding weakly ever 2-3 weeks or so for now. It is between 70 and 85F degrees in that growing area, so the heat probably helps.

Here is one of the zamioculcas zamiifolia and the nursery pot of alocasia amazonica. There are more baby points coming out of the soil. Happy days :).
