The whitish grass in the center right of the garden was the spot that I originally planted my grass. I have dug and pulled and fought to keep that clump to that size. The rocks in the front of the photo line a natural creek, and the whitish grass in that area (that planted itself there very happily) I have let go, and that is about three years growth. I keep it low with the weedeater once a month, and it is a lovely accent for my creek as nothing else grows there. Again, if you really have a place you would like it to take over, I can send quite a bit of it when I clean up that garden this spring, because everything but the middle clump will be going to the compost pile!
