Mrs_Ed - I'd leave the big stump, too, but would not let any vines grow up it. My family runs a tree service here and vine covered tree often are home of 100's (one I remember may have had 1,000's) of cockroaches. We used our bucket trucks to strip away the vines and, man, you ain't lived until you're joined by a bunches of roaches in the bucket.

burn_2007 - A hungry Chickadee is a familiar sight around my feeders. Nice pic.

I took a few pics today.

Here are a couple of Brown-headed Nuthatches on a feeder. It appears they are trying to check each other out.

After posting, I realized what follows is the wrong pic.
