Yes I am very excited! I am putting it in a grassy area between the Gazebo and the raised brick patio. I thought Ric wouldn't be too happy that I wanted it in the grass and not in a flower bed. But he agreed it would look best there, he just said I have to trim around it. The master plan for the back yard (if we ever get there) is for there to be only a small grassy area. Once the GH and pond are put in and the Gazebo expanded I will extend the flower beds to fill in between those areas along with a couple of paths and leave a small semi circle of rich thick lawn right if front of the raised patio. Right now most of my lawn is mowed weeds. LOL That is the spot for my Topiary. I will be able to plant it this summer as it won't be in the way of any of the work we want to do back there.

Talking about boxwoods and Topiary. Ric picked up 10 variegated box woods and planted a hedge of them between the side yard and the Veggie Garden. They hopefully will form a short wall with an opening into the Veggie Garden. Ric is going to build some type of arbor for the opening It is a step in making a small formal garden there along the side of the house. You know where you walk thru the arch in the clipped yews. Another topic for the projects thread. LOL

Here is the best pic I have of the area right now (still don't have all my pic back) Right about where the wooden picnic table is sitting in the grass. Holly
