My daughter refuses to by a coat for work (military and base in OK) because she'll never wear it again, in fact she can't ,once she changes jobs and uniforms in February. The coat she had last winter can't be worn now. Trips from her car and betweens buildings is her only exposure. Still, she's tougher than her mom.
