This past weekend, with the snow storm, I've had well over 40 Dark-eyed Juncos. They were less skittish as were the other birds as were the other birds. Since I could not get out to the field where I'd rather be, I took advantage of the situation. So I set up my rig, perches and seeds sat back on my porch and allowed the birds to come to me.
