Bird Identification: CLOSED: Can this hawk be ID'd, 0 by TheHackster

About 5 minutes later I look up and see this. I don't know for a fact that it is the same hawk, but I did get a couple pics before it disappeared behind the tree-line.

It was overcast and the pics are silhouettes. I wasn't able to discern the ventral coloration. Can anyone look and suggest what kind of hawk it may be?
