Jeanette: You might check the ph level I will do a double check in my books to see if there is a specific issue that they are tender to so we can get them out of their funk. I know some plants have specific nutrien requirements. I think yhis is the issue whith you clematis. how old is the plant? a pic might be helpful if you have one.... ok I just like pics. shhh you never heard that here
