The 2 black hens are the highest in the pecking order and the blueish brown is at the bottom. She and one of the black hens have the most feathers missing. Earlier in the month both of the black hens had almost all their neck feathers missing. Ive seen no blood on anyone. So could this be molting, pecking, of an over zealous roo?
