I had a little green room on my grans porch in northern bama, and a space heater was all it took. You have to have a backup plan for power outages, and you need to account for ventilation or at least a ceiling fan for air movement. Have something that you can open up on warm days, etc. You can get double walled lexan or build walls and windows. You could even do a temporary 6mm plastic that you take down for the warmer seasons. Oh, I just get all excited thinking about it, lol.... :) The cordyline is maybe getting more sun than it needs, but I know they can take high light and it is providing shade for some other plants. I still love how it looks, so as long as the plant puts up with it.... |
