hay once it gets wet once it won't move, and not completely covered cuz wet hay is heavy

and yes I do plan to cut all the sweet potatoes back, the ones that have tubers will be cut completely back and stored for the winter, the Freeze just came way faster than expected! so I got a little overwhelmed, and I still have a box of stplong's coleus I'm trying to get sorted out
