I fed him. He's in pretty bad shape- ticks in his ears, sore paws, and I would say SPCA would call him emaciated. You can see every rib. He has a collar on- must belong to someone. He would barely let me come near him let alone touch him. He cowers when you reach your hand out to him. He started just wagging his tail after a few minutes of eating. My hubby is gonna kill me, but I could not just walk away knowing I could help him. I can't keep him, we already have 4 dogs but I at least gave him a meal. If he sticks around, I will doctor him up and find him a home.
