Those dahlias look good enough to eat! Ever since Lynn told me that you can propagate dahlias by taking cuttings, I've been seeing other people's dahlias in a different light. I passed by one at my son's school today - cactus type, orange with white tips - and considered taking a piece of it. Probably would have if I hadn't been running late for work.

So, summerkid, sorry to hear that the b'friend is 'exish' at this point, but I do have to make the point that no one ruins anyone else's life without their permission - work ethic or no. Latest book I'm reading is called The 4-hour Work Week - written by some incredibly gifted and driven young man who evidently can convince anyone to do anything, and then pay him for it. you have to admire that kind of chutzpah. We need to out grow the need for a 'work' ethic and commence to growing into a 'live life to its fullest' ethic. So maybe you are just ahead of your time, summerkid.
