Thanks for the mineral photos Lynnie. Looks like there are Quartz, Feldspar, and Mica; the components of Pegmatite.
By Googling Ruggles Mine, I found that a large variety of minerals came out of the mine, including my favorite, Beryl!

Here is a Beryl crystal in Feldspar, from a Pegmatite mine.
