I was in a thrift store the other day and they had an old "Growing African Violets" book there. Black and white pics, nothing too exciting. I didn't even find it worth the 25 cents they wanted....but I did look thru it and about watering, it said that one should never water until the violet started to wilt. I never heard that before!
