When i took them out in the Spring--I noticed little green growths on them.. So I said--why not? And put them in a container with some dirt....Well--eventually--the roots sprouted and grew and grew...VERY fast.

Here is the plant now--I would say 3' high by 4' wide! Blooming away!

The Rose behind it is my "Sweet Surrender----totally overshadowed!
