Where as these 'brave' Cardinals may have near-sighted, they 'sorta' stare at me but hung on and get some seeds from the base of the feeder before they flew off. Usually, they will run other smaller birds away temporarily when they came to feed.
I've not seen other bigger birds around, such as Blue Jayes, Mockingbirds, Townhees ect.

My T. T. are a tad bit shy, it will turn its back to the window, as if 'Out of sight, out of mind' kinda thing. lol.
