Hi everyone! It is HOT here in Oregon. We are setting record temperatures in Portland of 105. Here in Central Oregon, it was 98 today. Which means... my lettuce and spinach have all bolted. I had no idea the lettuce would do so well, and we have far too much to ever eat, so I am fine with that. Anyone have any tips for removing the arugula that is going to seed? I am not planning on growing it next year, and I want to make sure to take it out before it seeds. When do I need to do this? Now?
