Wanted to share my recipe for you all to try.
First,I chop up vidalia and red sweet onions
Then sweet bell peppers,Orange,golden and green,can you tell I like peppers!!!
Normally jalapeno would be added but there not any ready to pick..
Pound of Ground round,1/3 pound of sausage,using Tennessee Pride today.
Dozen or so Saltine crackers ,2 large eggs,salt & Pepper.
All goes into a mixing bowl.time to get hands gooey!!!!
