When I grew sinningias from seed it took 7-8 months for them to get this big and start blooming. These I got from David already had tubers in a 2 1/2" pot.

Some of the plants were broken in transit so I have already cut the centers out and they are rooting beautifully. Some even have buds on them now.......let me take a quick picture of them (they are domed). I am quite sure the buds had already initiated before I started rooting the centers. It will be fun to see how long it takes (guessing 3 months or so) before I get a nice size tuber ready to bloom again..............
