I got out there and fixed the pond so it's pretty much level now. I had to squeeze back into the corner move all those darn rocks behind it, then heave up on that corner of the pool while trying to scoot bricks under with my foot. Wasn't easy, and I probably sounded like a constipated moose with all the grunting and groaning, but I got it fixed! *whew*

I added a couple of solar lights and two stepping stones, since I find myself kneeling on the dirt right there to watch the tadpoles. hehe. Tomorrow I'll move my two smaller calla lilies from the front yard to the pond bed.

I have some more granite/marble scraps now, and I think I'll lower the level of the rocks on the back side and lay those on top, I like they way they look on the front and side.

My MIL came and saw the pond today, and she was surprised at how big it is- I guess the pictures make it look smaller. So I took one with a standard sized lawn chair next to it for scale.
