The clethras died back by half but are coming back really well. One looked chlorotic and pale so I gave it a little milorganite, which has iron in it. They responed pretty quickly, just a few days they looked better.

Just holler if you want some cardinal flower seedlings - my idea is to pot some up and be able to send out bare roots next spring. It's a shallow-rooted plant.
