Nice aubretia, Jan! Very nice! Sorry to hear of the vole damage. This is the first year my yard hasn't been tunneled up, I'd say they all jogged over to your place, but we have had several cat-bearing neighbors move in, in the past couple years, so I see cats everywhere now. If only they worked on those dang squirrels!!! (And stopped teasing the dogs!!)

I think my back is sharing some sympathy pains with you, Patti! I need to get me one of those truckloads!! And one of manure .... And one of topsoil .... And one of compost .... And.....

I have also been enjoying all the great primrose photos! I am trying to grow candelabras from seed, but none have yet to sprout.

I will be anxious to see how the stephanotis seedlings I started last year take off this year! They didn't put on much size last summer, as you can see in the photo below (taken yesterday). I bet I ended up with at least 25 plants.
