The pots sit on flat rocks placed on top of a couple of bricks. The hose feeding the pots is hidden under the rocks/gravel. It took quite a bit of adjusting to get the correct combination of stones to allow the fountain to stand straight, and not wobble.

The fountain tray is about 5 inches deep overall.

The water overflows from the top pot, flowing into the next, overflowing into the next and then out the spillway....
