Hi, checking in - I've got a 18' diameter bottom pond and used 45 EPDM. Couldn't be happier, and have had absolutely no problems with leaking or punctures. Since I enter my pond to clean it, I put old carpeting both below and on top of the liner - with a rustic look, it simply gets covered - I could not have had the flexibility of shape with a preform.
