Not sure of any other sources for a Dwarf as I got all 3 of my citrus (Kaffir Lime, Sambo Lemon and Meyer Lemon) from Lowes or HD. Hopefully someone will help you out with a cheaper source but QVC is pretty good and it is on sale Chantell....LOL, fragrance and a sale....who could say no.
