What you said is a fear of every day life thats scary. I have very high blood pressure, which I am on meds. to control it. And even then when I get upset, The meds help a little but not that much. Just think A heart attack can be cause by so many differant things. Not one of my family has ever had one. But cancer has been the biggest factor in my family. Which I have been lucky at my age 2 years older than you. I have had skin cancer on my face, which was Basil Cell, and now have a ugly scar on my face. But proud of it cause it could of been worse.
