Once a day, I walk around the neighborhood. It is the best excerice too, not to mention so many pretty houses to see...

Audrey thank you for explaing the mat...and Jaye, I definately need one of the acrylic rulers...my poor yard stick has some nice gouges now that I've rolled some of it away!
