Received a beautiful Peace Lilly from my Walmart store (I work there) when my sister passed recently. Have a few questions....

Should I use something besides well ater to water?

Should I take it out of the basket that the florist sent it in, it is currently in a basket with floral sponge? (seems to be doing okay)

If I need to repot what kind of pot and when should I do it, with what soil?

Plant is very special to me and don't want to lose it by being stupid, have only had it about 2 weeks and so far so good.
