yep using that honey and vinegar does work. Also if ya have a raw throat or larengitis hot water and lemon as much as ya can stand of lemon juice works great too.

The thign with the vinegar and honey. Soem folsk just can two the two teaspoons of vinegar alone a day. Not me, but the vinegar is what does th etrick mainly and the honey to kil the taste, but the honey also helps ya so ya don't have major sinus problems during pollen seasons.

It like getting a doubleshot at one time.



This what I gonna be lookign like in a day or so only doing seeds to evrybodies buckets. LOL
