Portland..this place is a 55+ manufactured home park (don't say mobile, they hate that). There are 99 units, we have one of the larger ones, on the corner at the end of a cul de sac. We all own our property and jointly own the acreage around us. I'm not sure of the total amount, but it completely surrounds us, more so in the back which is where my view is. There is lots of wooded area with walk paths, the Coast Fork of the Willamette runs across one corner and we have another piece of property across the river. We have our own well water system. A compost and burn area, a clubhouse and an indoor pool. We are out in the country, but close enough to town to be convenient. Everything is managed by volunteer and an elected board. We've really been happy here for the last 10 years. Things aren't always perfect, some people don't like rules no matter where they live. But for the most part I love it.

This is one of the paths.
