I finialy got a male peacock for my three year old female! I traded a 28 pound Thanksgiving turkey for him. He is in with the chickens till he is fully acclimated and knows this is his home. Beep, my female stood in front of the pen and flirted with him for the first week, but would not join him. One day last week I opened the pen to feed him and in she went. She is trying to coax him into the coop in the photo.

When he came, he only had one eye in his tail and now he has several coming in. I can't wait till spring when I can let them out into the yard!
