Bird Identification: CLOSED: Small Raptor BUT What Type?, 0 by NM_Jane

When I first spotted it, I saw the rust colored breast and thought it was a robin. It was a little larger than a robin; but a bit smaller than a white-winged dove. Whatever it is, it's a new bird for my list and I'd love to get an ID on it.
