wallaby still waiting for the nuthatch to come, only seen him once, he came for a drink earlier this season. I'm hopeful I'll see him again. It a cute little bird, their size surprised me, I thought they were bigger.
Quite a brave Wattlebird Margaret, he sure doesn't know the phrase " pick on your own size". Love the babies.

Mrs-Ed, I've kept a few female Purple Finch for myself. Haven't seen the males for the pass 4 days. So I figure they are heading your way. the Male have more red on their body, then the house finch, and less brown in the wings .
