Sweetbay- does Venus have an upright or mounding habit? Niche's description of both it and SAK are the same 2-3 ft height. My SAK is about 18" and definitely wider than tall. I have one other passalong that is 3 ft tall. I'll post pics after the flowers open up some more.

Deb I like your alyssum. You do very pretty flower macros.

I'm grateful to see this bloom from Salvia regla 'Jame'. It's an October bloomer but the first year in my garden and I don't know how it handles frost- which I may very well have tonite:(
