Have a good evening at work tonight Betty. I do alot of canning but this year I did only tomatoes. I think I have inherited my mother's many varieties of arthritis. But I freeze beans, zuchinni, summer squash, peppers, oh and I did try my hand in canning peppers but I haven't tried them out yet. I grow pumkins for Amiyah, of course! Just about anything we eat, I plant, especially with the prices skyrocketing out of control then I freeze it. I also share alot with about five families in my neighborhood.
