Wow Margaret, the Red Wattlebird blends with the tree colouring so well. What a chance catch that was, I had wondered if it was eating a spider but it is nesting time there. Looks to be a few ants around it too. I sincerely hope Rose has a cheap call plan, did anyone warn her that Aussies can talk, and talk, and talk... LOL!

This male House Sparrow gave me an inquisitve look, or was it a warning, as it landed on the guttering about to go under the tiles with it's prize peanut!
