Befor anyone thinks i won the lottery I will explain My DD and SIL and I sold our houses and pooled the money to buy this big house in a really wonderful neighborhood so I could live with them in a Master Suite on the first floor.
I'm quite down to earth and a self made woman.
Nuff about that.
Also part of the Covenent is
no chickens, goats, livestock in the yards.
Makes for quite a civil place.
