Update...
At 6 a.m. DH informed me there is no water. The dumpster is on it's way for the chimney rubble and must make it up the mountainside. The scaffolding truck got stuck for three hours and they ended up having to carry the scaffolding up hill to the house and then downhill to the chimney. It took all day for them to do that and erect the scaffolding. Bet they'll be sore for a month or two. The beekeeper is on day three (only he hasn't arrived yet) of trying to remove the bees from the chimney. He can't find the queen and has created this elaborate set up of hive, towels and tarp to coax the bees out. He removed as much honey and comb into his hive as he could get at. The bees, approximately 60,000 by his estimate, are not happy and are all around (and in) the house. Hopefully a day in the garden will calm them down and they'll all fly into his hive tonight. It appears he accidentally left the hose not quite cut off while cleaning up. It was enough to run the spring cistern dry during the night. The pump is probably burned out. I'll have to pull the concrete lid and climb in with the salamanders to check. DH informed me there are certain things real men don't do and that's it. :>)

I'm thinking about changing my name to Rosanne Rosannadanna because It's Always Something!!!! Will post photos when able. In the meantime, send positive energy to mechanical things this way. Maybe the pump just over heated. I hope, I hope.
