Yes, Meredith, that's Rue behind the tall lily but its actually in another bed. That bed has two lilies, roses, clematis, phlox, poppies and a bunch of other stuff in close proximity so it seems to be a fairly unfussy plant. I'll be dividing it next season and would be glad to send you some.
