Doe, Linda suggested right, turn your bed into a standing compost. If yours gonna be a small area, you can easily cover it too, to make it 'cook' faster.
Discovered some bags of compost today at Lowe's sold under brand name Timberline-under 3 bucks-, much cheaper than Black Cow.
Couldn't load any up..truck was full.
It did rain enough last night that all I have to do later is to water the potted plants, that will be a half hour's work.
Then back to my kitchen swap project :( It's finished but had a little glitch with a certain mechanism. Got to dismantle it and try to rectify it.
