Thank you Kim! I am real happy with the way it turned out and sooo relieved that it is finally done! The pool had really needed re-finishing for years. We had the pool put in 30 years ago and had never had anything done to it. The bottom had become very rough in spots (very hard on the feet) and the cement was stained (my husband said from our well water which is all we had years ago when we had the pool installed.)The deck was in bad shape too. It was a huge expense but something that would have needed to get done before the time comes when DH retires and we sell this house.

With having to have a new roof on the house and all the deck/pool work, this has been an expensive summer for us for sure. The first year we haven't taken a vacation and gone anywhere for a few days but well worth missing out on that to get so much done around here.
