Here's a photo from my square pond - the yellow water lily (I've forgotten the name - maybe 'Texas Dawn' or 'Sunrise'?) has completely taken over - foliage so thick the blooms are hidden. A project on my list of summer 'to do' - remove everything from the pond, clean out all the muck in the bottom and replant the lotus, which has completely disappeared.
