This particular one (in the picture) is 3 years old now. I planted some new ones last fall, also (out of the photo).

I am not sure exactly how long they stay in bloom but if they get enough water and fertilizer I think they stay around for quite a while.

This is the first year I've gotten mine to bloom at the same time as my Alliums and Iris.

I also have some tall Campanulas blooming in the garden now that would look pretty in the same bed with the Eremurus....
